Kitchens, extensions, lofts and garden rooms wired right

New Electrical Installations

Planning a new kitchen, an extension, a loft room or a garden room? Getting the electrics right at the start saves trouble later. We work with your builder or kitchen fitter to plan the circuits, sockets and lights, so it is all ready when the other trades need it.

From the first cable to the last socket, every job is done to the current wiring rules (BS 7671). It is fully tested and certified before we hand it over.

New installations questions, answered

How much do the electrics for a kitchen or extension cost?

Kitchen electrics in Ventnor and across the Island often cost £800 to £2,500. A new extension is usually £1,500 to £4,000, based on the circuits, sockets and lights you need. You get one fixed price in writing before we start.

Can you work with my builder or kitchen fitter?

Yes. We work with other trades all the time and fit in with their plan.

Can you wire a garden room or workshop?

Yes. We run a safe supply out from the house, buried or clipped neatly, with its own protection at the far end.

Is the work certified?

Always. You get the right certificate for the job and any notice for Building Control is sent for you.
